Fermentation occurred for 20 days, in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control at 12ºC. The wine was in contact with the fine lees in batonnage process for 6 months. After bottling, the wine aged 2 months in bottle before marketing.
Intense and bright citrus color. This wine, very aromatic and fresh, presents an aroma with a lot of complexity and with predominance of the tropical notes some citruses. In the mouth it is an intense wine, with a freshness and minerality characteristic of the Lisbon Region. The end is long and elegant.
